YLXC type cyclone desander integrates cyclone and filtration. It is mainly used to remove solid particles from groundwater, underground hot water and other water sources. It is suitable for water source heat pump systems, central air conditioning cooling water, chilled water systems, and winter heating and cooling cycles. Water system, industrial cooling water system. working principle
YLXC type cyclone desander is based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference. When the water flow enters the equipment tangentially from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, a strong rotational motion is generated. Due to the different forces under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag, the clean water with low density rises and is discharged from the overflow port, and the sand with high density is discharged from the bottom sand discharge port, so as to achieve the purpose of sand removal. Under a certain range and conditions, the greater the water inlet pressure of the desander, the higher the desanding rate, and multiple units can be used in parallel.
Scope of application
1. Mainly suitable for water quality treatment and control of raw water and replenishment water, such as: river water, well water sand removal, coal washing water, industrial mineral processing, solid-liquid separation, liquid degassing and separation of non-mutual liquids, etc.
2. Can be widely used in water source heat pump systems, heating water, central air conditioning cooling water, chilled water, steel, power generation, chemical and other industrial and mining enterprises, tap water, sea water, surface water, groundwater, etc.
